Presently before the Court is First Bank of Georgia's appeal from Bankruptcy Court Judge Susan D. Barrett' order denying First Bank of Georgia's Motion to Dismiss the Appellees' Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. Dkt. No. 1, Att. No. 30. For the reasons stated below, the bankruptcy court's order is AFFIRMED.1
