CPS librarians who have been trained as moderators on the Safari Live system can use this form to request that an event be scheduled for their schools. All events scheduled through the Dept of Libraries must relate to the school's library program and involve the librarian. Check the Librarians Safari Live calendar at
http://is.gd/b1l0m to verify that no other school has scheduled the same time period.
It is recommended to do a test call with new presenters several days prior to an event. (Make a separate request for test calls.) Request that events be scheduled at least two days in advance, when possible. Contact Lisa Perez at the Department of Libraries (
