Pillar Capital Holdings, LLC ("Pillar") provided Living Hope Southwest Medical Services, LLC ("the Debtor" or "Living Hope"), a debtor in bankruptcy, with short-term bridge loans. Pillar's sole member, Jack Goldenberg, reimbursed Pillar for these loans using blank checks that had been pre-signed by the Debtor. Under 11 U.S.C. § 549, the Debtor's trustee, Renee S. Williams ("the Trustee"), sought to avoid the post-petition transfers...
