Linux 3.0-rc2 Kernel Is A Quiet Release
The second -rc release for the Linux 3.0 kernel is rather quiet and not too exciting. Linus pushed out this new kernel release in the early hours of the morning.
The Linux 3.0-rc2 release does have a rather large Btrfs file-system update, but this release mostly consists of driver regression fixes, a few reverts, and other tweaks.
The Linux 3.0-rc2 announcement can be read at LKML.org.
