STATEMENT OF THE CASE

[1] Appellant-Defendant, LHO Indianapolis One Lessee, LLC d/b/a Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (Marriott), appeals the trial court's certification of a class defined by Appellee-Plaintiff, Ester Bowman (Bowman).

[2] We reverse and remand.
