¶ 1 Plaintiff/Appellant Rick Doyle (Plaintiff) seeks review of the trial court's orders granting the motions for summary judgment of Defendants/Appellees New Werner Holding Company, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, Werner Co., a Pennsylvania corporation, and Home Depot, Inc., a Delaware corporation (individually, by name, or, collectively, Defendants) on Plaintiff's products liability and negligence claims.1
