This matter is before the court on plaintiffs' appeal from the bankruptcy court. Filing No. 1. Plaintiffs appeal the order granting defendants summary judgment, Bankruptcy Filing Nos. 59 and 60. Plaintiffs elected to have the appeal heard by this court. Filing No. 2. Jurisdiction is invoked pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)
