The Debtors and the U.S.Trustee stipulate and agree that the Debtors shall file a Joint Plan and a Joint Disclosure Statement by February 15, 2013. The Debtors also commit to file monthly operating reports for the months of September (including August 26-31) 2012 through January 2013 by February 15, 2013.
