MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

TERRY L. MYERS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the issue of confirmation of the Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization, Doc. No. 151 ("Plan") of the debtors in possession, David and Helen Root ("Debtors"). Having analyzed the record, the Court determines that confirmation will be denied for Debtors' failure to establish their Plan satisfies the confirmation requirements of § 1129(a) and (b).
