The Sardinia Collection offers bright, bold colors in an over-scaled paisley print motif. This comforter brings in bright shades of blue and greens to create this unique design on a soft, 100-percent cotton fabrication. The reverse of the comforter offers a mini-diamond print that perfectly compliments the boldness of the face of the comforter. The comforter features a tackles finish, which offers a clean finish on your comforter without any stitching to distract from the beauty of this comforter. Most of the decorative accents include embroidery details.

I love, love, LOVE this duvet cover. The colors are vibrant, not faded or muted. There are several blue shades...turquoise, light blue, medium blue. I'm not sure how to exactly describe the blue colors since color is so subjective. What I can say is that this duvet cover will blend well if you are trying to coordinate it with existing wall paint, decorative pillows, etc. The green is bright....think lime green. The quality of the fabric is nice. It is not cheap, stiff fabric. It has a soft hand and machine washes well. I did not put it in the dryer but hung it up to air dry and it did not wrinkle as badly as I thought it would. Stretching it out on the bed took care of the small creases. I live in Texas so I will not use with an insert. This cover works just fine as a "bedspread."

Love this duvet cover. The colors are pretty and add a nice splash of interest to my monochrome bedroom. It is really smooth, washes beautifully, and fits my king size down comforter just fine. The hidden buttons are a nice touch. Also this duvet seems to breath better than my older heavier duvet cover. I'm sleeping better anyway. Downside, I haven't been able to find king size shams for my pillows to match this. The only matching shams (sold individually) are standard size. I wish there was a duvet set that came with shams or that the king shams were sold separately. Make sure you have a good pillow plan before you dive into this one.

Especially because the pattern does not look as nice as it does in the pictures and the fabric quality is not all that wonderful.

As others have stated in their reviews, the quality and features of this Echo Sardinia King Duvet Cover doesn't warrant the price. However, the colors, pattern and reversible option of having the choice of two pretty colors/patterns displaying on your bed makes it irrisitable. One side is the green, blue and light grey pattern and the other side is the quieter, more calming light blue. The downside is that there's no tie strings on the corners. Even cheap duvet covers often have them so my duvet slides all over in this duvet cover. Although I have a regular king size duvet, it's much smaller than the duvet so there's too much extra cover hanging on the bed. I have other duvet covers that have extra as well, but this is too much. It just doesn't look or feel right on the bed. HOWEVER, as I said when beginning my review, the colors and pattern are stunning which is why I bought both this and the matching curtains (which are of higher quality!).

I searched high and low for the right duvet cover for our new bed. I wasn't sure how I felt about this one, but I took a gamble. I love it! The colors are more vibrant than the picture shows, which I was hoping for. It's nice and soft. My only criticism is that there are no ties in the corners to tie it to the insert. I've purchased duvet covers from target and even those had ties in the corners. Still not a deal breaker though, and I haven't had any issue with the insert moving around inside the cover. I'd certainly buy it again.

This is what I wanted at the price I wanted--I needed a cool blue to make bedroom look cool during the summer time. The color is beautiful. I've been looking at this Duvet cover for more than a year....and when it was offered at the price around $80, I bought it. It looks exactly like the photo on Amazon--you can also look at the item at Macy.com for more photos and other reviews. Well, I ended up buying the pillow cases and Euro shams as well--they are also good--but they are not usually on sales like this one does (hence you will spend about more than $200 for the bedding sets). While this may not be a great deal (my wife on the other hand got a full Calvin Klein bedding sheet sets including the Euro Sham at $99 at Bloomingdales website), it still is a good deal.
