Police Blotter: April 9-14

The Greenbelt Police released an activity report of crime in the last week.

April 9: An apartment window was broken on the 6200 block of Breezewood Court at 2:14 p.m.

April 10: Car windows were damaged on the 6500 block of Lake Park Drive.

April 11: Philip Steven Roesle, 28, of Silver Spring, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on the intersection of Hillside Road and Laurel Hill Road at 3:13 a.m. The suspect was released on citation pending trial.

Electronics were taken from a residence on the 6900 block of Hanover Parkway at 12:45 p.m.

A car was scratched on the 7800 block of Mandan Road.

April 12: Jose Gabriel Villeda Vega, 41, of Riverdale, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges, after a traffic stop on the intersection of Ridge Road and Crescent Road at 9:50 a.m. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.

A burglary occurred on the 9100 block of Springhill Lane at 10:24 a.m. Nothing was taken.

Electronics were taken from a residence at 8:49 p.m. on the 9200 block of Springhill Lane.

Anita Denise Brooker, 52, of Mitchellville, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges, after a traffic stop on the Unit block of Southway at 10:08 p.m. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.

A front Maryland tag was taken from a vehicle on the 7400 block of Frankfort Place.

Wheels were taken from a vehicle on the 7700 block of Hanover Parkway.

April 13: Electronics were taken from a residence on the 9100 block of Springhill Lane at 5:25 p.m.

Electronics were taken from a residence on the 5900 block of Cherrywood Terrace at 5:59 p.m.

April 14: Juan Carlos Guerronavarre, 25, of Takoma Park, was arrested and charged with giving a false and fictitious name to a police officer, during a traffic stop at the intersection of Kenilworth Avenue and Westchester Park Drive at 9:30 a.m. The suspect was released on citation pending trial.

Nigel Jamal Pajotte, 24, of Bowie, was arrested and charged possession of drug paraphernalia on the 5900 block of Cherrywood Lane at 11:55 p.m. The suspect was released on citation pending trial.
