This case requires us to trace the contours of the "in connection with" element of the Securities Litigation Uniform Standards Act of 1998 (SLUSA), 15 U.S.C. § 78bb(f), in the reflected light of the Supreme Court's recent decision in Chadbourne & Parke LLP v.
