CASPER UPDATE #1: MARCH 18, 2011
Overnight the trigger packs, in route to the States, were pulled back after it was determined the World Court Judges had sabotaged the contents. The repair/reconstruction effort is underway now. They tampered with the cards therein.
Also determined overnight was their Forgery of Signatures on certain contracts/documents such as those of the Queen and Merkel.
This was being done for Blackmail Purposes.
While this was happening Obama/Geithner were attempting to trade more than 270B of funds related to or seized from Kaddafi and Mubarak.
These trades were blocked.
