One man was arrested Wednesday in connection to the armed robbery and kidnapping of a "developmentally delayed" man in Madisonville.

Police said 18-year-old Caleb Willis and two others forced their way inside the man's home, located in the 4900 block of Jameson St., on Sept. 18 and demanded money from the man at gunpoint.

The suspects tied up the man with an electrical cord and pistol whipped him multiple times on his head and body, court documents state.

The victim identified Willis in a photo lineup, police said. The other two suspects are still at large.

Willis is accused of kidnapping and aggravated burglary. He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning.
