This case is before the Court on the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 18) filed by Ruth's Chris Steak House Franchise, Inc. ("Plaintiff"). As set forth below, the motion is granted.

The facts are not in dispute. Plaintiff is the franchisor of the Ruth's Chris Steak House restaurant chain. In July 1989, Plaintiff entered into a franchise agreement with Defendants, T-Fab, Inc....
