Before the Court is the Motion of Peter Weisman and Peter Weisman & Associates (the "Defendant") to Dismiss the Complaint filed by Stan Springel (the "Trustee"), the chapter 11 trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Innovative Communication Corporation ("New ICC").
