This matter is before the Court on the appeal of Keven A. McKenna, P.e., ("Appellant") a Chapter 11 debtor-in-possession, from an order entered by the bankruptcy court, sua sponte, appointing a Chapter 11 trustee. For the reasons set forth below, the appeal is denied and the order of the bankruptcy court is affirmed.
