Before the Court is defendant's motion for partial dismissal of plaintiff's First Amended Complaint ("FAC") pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). Defendant's motion to dismiss is hereby GRANTED as to plaintiff's three Equal Pay Act ("EPA") claims.
