Investors in Diagnostic Ventures, Inc., brought this class action against multiple parties, alleging violations of § 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5. These interlocutory appeals under Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(f) present issues at the intersection of class action procedure and the securities laws.
