I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Emergency Motion to Vacate Default Judgment filed by the Defendant, Vertec Corporation ("Vertec"). The Plaintiff, Boston CEI, LLC (the "Debtor"), opposes the Motion. The Court heard the matter on December 29, 2011 and directed the parties to file Supplemental Affidavits by January 12, 2012.
