Plaintiffs Anne Gresser, Gregory Lizzi, Karen Spicknall, and Michael Zuck bring this action on behalf of a putative class of bondholders alleging that, under an Indenture with failed sub-prime mortgage lender KH Funding ("KH"), defendant Wells Fargo breached its duties as Indenture Trustee. Plaintiffs have filed a motion for class certification and to appoint class counsel.
