Before the Court are several motions in two separate but related lawsuits that were removed to this Court from the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, that seek to establish the proper forum for the resolution of the parties' disputes. The defendants in each action removed the lawsuit and ask that it be transferred to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia...
