John Kerrigan, 61, was shaken up after someone grabbed him by the shirt and robbed him Wednesday night.Kerrigan said he was sitting in his wheelchair outside the Kwik Stop convenience store at 4701 Broadway Avenue in West Palm Beach when one of the two men he was next to ripped his shirt pocket, knocked him on the head and took $130.Watch the story"I was sitting in a wheelchair, and I couldn't do nothing," said Kerrigan.The robbery was captured on surveillance video.Police were able to track down the men and arrested Joshua Carl Voltz.According to a police report, Voltz is facing robbery by sudden snatching and battery charges.He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.Kerrigan said he's a former mechanic, disabled and homeless. He said the money he has to live off of comes from his inheritance. He said it's difficult for someone like him just to live."It's gonna be a rough summer," said Kerrigan.
