A Lincoln Heights woman was arrested Thursday night, nearly two years after police say she forced sexual contact on a man with a mental illness, court documents state.

Rebekah Williams, 35, has been charged with gross sexual imposition, and faces six to 18 months in prison if found guilty of the charge.

In August 2013, Williams' ex-husband said he returned home and saw her on top of the man, according to a sworn court affidavit.

The affidavit states that Williams told her ex-husband that it was "pay back" for his girlfriend.

A second witness also filed an affidavit implicating Williams.

The affidavit states that Williams also attempted to do the same to others.

Williams has a criminal record in Hamilton County.

In 2004, she was convicted of disorderly conduct for assaulting a man with a chair. In 2012, she was convicted on a charge of threatening domestic violence.

Williams is scheduled to be arraigned in court Friday. She is currently being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center without bond.
