This appeal arises from the bankruptcy court's approval of a settlement agreement (the Compromise), entered on September 1, 2011, pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9019. The Compromise contained a Bar Order that prevented three cases from proceeding in Florida's state courts.
