This matter comes before the Court upon a motion by Plaintiff, Jason Reed ("Reed"), seeking to conditionally certify a collective action pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C § 216(b). Reed also moves to have this matter certified as a class action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(b)(3) for violations of the New Jersey Wage and Hour Law, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56a
