Video: 1 killed as storm strikes air show

A sudden storm and burst of wind collapsed a spectators' tent just before 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the Huntsville air show, killing a small boy and injuring more than a dozen others.

The 5-year-old boy, whose name was not immediately available, was struck by an air-conditioning unit providing cooling for the massive tents, witnesses said.

Huntsville Hospital treated 12 victims for injuries ranging from cuts to broken bones, hospital spokesman Burr Ingram said. The hospital implemented its disaster plan and called in extra help.
