This appeal arises from a whistleblower action filed by Albert Kevin Martin against his former employer, San Antonio Water System and the City of San Antonio (collectively "SAWS"). After a jury found in favor of Martin and awarded him damages, SAWS appealed to this court, arguing that (1) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to prove causation; and (2) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient...
