Store owner dumped man out of wheelchair, police say
Police said the owner of a convenience store in Daytona Beach forced a disabled man out of the store, then dumped him out of his wheelchair.Saoud Dahoune, 56, is charged with abuse of the elderly or disabled after the incident at the J Foods Store on Ridgewood Avenue.Police said the victim wasn't seriously hurt but had to be helped up by witnesses outside.Witnesses told police that Dahoune forcefully pushed the victim out of the store with the victim's feet dragging, spun the chair around and dumped the victim out of the chair.The owner told police the victim was trespassing but denied dumping the man from his chair.
