American Capital Equipment, Inc. and Skinner Engine Company (collectively, "Skinner"), the debtors in this case, appeal from the District Court's order affirming the Bankruptcy Court's order, which converted Skinner's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case to a Chapter 7 on the basis that its plan is patently unconfirmable.
