I. PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

This is a class action lawsuit alleging claims of (1) unpaid wages in violation of Article 6 of the New York Labor Law, §§ 190 et seq., (2) breach of contract, and (3) other claims that "can be inferred from the facts" against Defendant Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. ("Defendant" or "Broadridge").
