MDA: 58 people faint due to Yom Kippur fast, 246 kids injured
Magen David Adom’s emergency crews treated 2,168 people over the Yom Kippur holiday, 58 of whom fainted while fasting. The paramedics had to resuscitate 28 individuals.
Furthermore, 246 kids suffered minor injuries while riding bicycles and rollerblades. (Neri Brener)
