MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case is before the court on motions for summary judgment filed by defendants MW Custom Papers, LLC, and MeadWestvaco Corporation,1 as well as two motions to strike.2 The action was originally filed in the Circuit Court of St. Clair County, Alabama, during February, 2005.
