In this asbestos-related personal injury action, defendant Griffin Wheel Company ("Griffin") moves pursuant to CPLR 3212 for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against it on the ground that plaintiff has produced no evidence to show that it contributed to plaintiff's decedent's asbestos-related injuries. For the reasons set forth below, the motion is granted.
