This matter comes before the Court on Appellant Plymouth Park Tax Services LLC's ("Plymouth") appeal from an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on February 20, 2014 ("February 20 Order"). That Order incorporates the terms of the Bankruptcy Court's memorandum decision on January 31, 2014 ("January 31 Opinion").
