UK MoD buys 22 new Chinooks but cuts in costs

Post by regi »

A very disturbing article from macro political point of view.
Which conclusions can we make? That the UK is loosing even more of its military power because of the War of Attrition in Afghanistan?
The Harriers and Tornado's were on their way out, same with the Nimrods. But not so fast.

Going to war costs money.
We were warned about it. We didn't want to listen. Now we pay the price.
