Before the court are Plaintiff's motion to refer to the bankruptcy court (Pl.'s Mot (Dkt. 4)) and Defendant's motion to abstain and remand to state court (Def.'s Mot (Dkt. 9).) Because mandatory abstention applies, Plaintiff's motion to refer to the bankruptcy court is DENIED.
