I. INTRODUCTION

Lynn Charles Beyett, an inmate at San Quentin State Prison, filed this pro se civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. After the Court dismissed the original complaint with leave to amend, Mr. Beyett filed an amended complaint, which the Court now reviews pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A.
