Washington International Insurance Company ("Washington") moves for relief from stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1) (the "Motion") to allow it to comply with competing orders regarding turnover of the proceeds of a supersedeas bond posted in prepetition litigation involving DJ Christie, Inc. ("Debtor").
