Plaintiff-Appellant Shelton Property Rural Acreage, L.L.C. ("Shelton") brought suit against Defendant-Appellee Placid Oil Company ("Placid"), alleging property damage caused by oil and gas exploration prior to Placid's 1986 bankruptcy. The bankruptcy court granted Placid's motion for summary judgment, and the district court affirmed. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM.
