Before the Court are two motions: (1) defendant's motion for summary judgment;1 and (2) plaintiffs' motion to strike portions of two affidavits attached to defendants' motion.2 Plaintiffs oppose defendant's motion for summary judgment,3 and defendant has filed a reply memorandum in further support of that motion.
