Police: Deaf man robbed in Greensboro
Suspects are wanted in connection with the robbery of a deaf man in Greensboro early Wednesday, police said.The incident took place around 4 a.m. on West Friendly Avenue near West Market Street. No one was injured.The victim contacted 911 via text message, Greensboro police said.The victim told police two men approached him from behind, physically restrained him and took property from him.Both suspects were described as being white men in their mid 40s standing 5'9" to 6; tall with slim builds. One of the suspects had a dirty appearance, smelled of alcohol and wore a red hat, a blue T-shirt with holes and black shoes, police said.Anyone with information that can help investigators is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 336-373-1000.
