ORDER PARTIALLY GRANTING MOTIONS TO DECERTIFY CLASS

On April 19, 2011, the Court granted in part Plaintiffs' Sabas Arrendondo, Jose Cuevas, Hilario Gomez, Irma Landeros and Rosalba Landeros (collectively, "Plaintiffs") motion seeking class certification pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. (ECF No. 85.) On March 22, 2013, Defendants filed separate motions for decertification of the class.
