ANACORTES — A Skagit County man is suing the federal government after what started as a police stop for an apparent traffic infraction ended in a two-month stint in detention and the threat of deportation.
The lawsuit on behalf of Gustavo Vargas Ramirez, who is a Mexican national, was filed in U.S. District Court on Dec. 27. Vargas is suing the government for the psychological, physical and professional damages incurred due to the incident, which began with a seemingly simple traffic violation in Anacortes on June 23, 2011.
This guy deserves a large amount of damages although I fear it won't mean much to the feds who would rather pay-off a "wetback" and keep the heat on all the non-white people in their backwards little bo-punk municipalities.
The City of Anacortes should be sued too as well as the individual officers and any officers that lied should be fired instantly... Personally I'd like to hear that the officers were raped by a bunch of "illegals" just as they raped this man.
The problem with your assumption that he is an illegal alien is that he was not deported, if you are here illegally and they catch you, they deport you. They don't release you to continue being here illegally...... that would just defeat the purpose. I think its safe to say he more then likely is here legally because if he was here illegally I don't see how he could make a case and I cant think of any illegal that would get caught by immigration, get deported, then put it on blast that they're back and btw now suing :D
He wasn't held for traffic issues, he was held for immigration issues.......and remember the grandfather and the grandson stuck in Mexico over asking to take a picture? I hope the lawsuit is thrown out, it never says whether he is here legally or not, just the deportation was stopped.
This guy is undoubtedly an illegal alien parasite who should have been deported. Unfortunately Comrade Obama's corrupt regime is in bed with La Raza and their vile ilk, so this guy gets cut loose to run amok in the US until he winds up committing a felony of some sort. Ridiculous!
