Thanks for logging this - good spot! I have added some additional tags to make it easier to find in future; including a tag for the electoral ward, which will make it easier for us to pull up issues specific to particular local councillors.

Trough for bike wheels on steps - to access Richmond Station bike racks from Church Rd
It would be useful to have a 'trough' or flat section over the steps between Church Rd & the bike racks in Richmond Station to allow bikes to be wheeled up / down the steps. At the moment, even via the car park, there is no flat (with no steps) access to the bike parking racks.
