The chapter 7 case trustee, Myrtle McDonald, requests the Court's permission to sell by auction 200 membership units of Texas Star Refreshments, LLC ("TSR"); the units are evidenced by Certificate No. 4 in the name of the debtor, Rodney Wilson. See Trustee's Motion to Sell [Docket No. 242]. Wilson opposes the sale, contending the sale is subject to valid transfer restrictions...
