Patrick Betterman appeared for the Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee as intervenor-plaintiff, and David J. Skalka appeared for Jerry and Cheryl Cronk and Jerome and Coleen Langdon. Post-trial briefs were submitted, and the matter is now ready for decision.
