This matter comes before the Court upon the motion by Defendants Viacom Inc. ("Viacom") and Google Inc. ("Google") (collectively "Defendants"), to dismiss the Second Consolidated Class Action Complaint ("SAC") filed by Plaintiffs minor children and their father ("Plaintiffs").
