Change is a group of faculty, students, and staff at the University of Washington who are exploring the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) in improving the lives of underserved populations, especially in the developing world. Using change
To post a message to all the list members, send email to change at change.washington.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
