A woman who was reported missing from a group home in the Lincoln Park neighborhood on the North Side earlier this week has been found.
Meghan Cave, 30, walked out of a group home run by Neumann Family Services in the 4500 block of West Wrightwood at 9:15 a.m. Monday, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.
She has since been found safely, police announced Friday night. No other details were released.
